Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Opsavy Ltd (“Opsght”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal data when you visit opsght.com or submit our register-of-interest form. We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Data controller
Opsavy Ltd is the data controller responsible for the personal data we process under this policy. Opsavy Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (company registration number to be added when available). You can contact us at contact@opsght.com regarding any data protection matter.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect personal data in two ways:
- Information you give us via the register-of-interest form. The form is hosted by HubSpot and the specific fields are configured in HubSpot. These typically include your name, business email address, organisation, role, and any free-text comments you choose to provide. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, special category personal data via this form.
- Information we collect automatically. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, which records aggregate, non-identifying information about visits (such as page views, referrer, country, and browser type) to help us understand how the Site is being used. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set tracking cookies and does not fingerprint visitors.
3. How and why we use your personal data
We use the personal data you provide via the form to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- qualify whether you are a suitable pilot or customer prospect;
- where you have consented, send you marketing communications about Opsght.
We use anonymous analytics data to understand site usage, identify performance issues, and improve our content.
4. Lawful basis for processing
- Consent. Where you opt in to receive marketing communications, our lawful basis is your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@opsght.com or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Legitimate interest. Where we use your personal data to respond to your enquiry, qualify you as a prospect, or run aggregate analytics, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating and developing our business, balanced against your rights and reasonable expectations.
5. Recipients of personal data
We share personal data with the following categories of recipients, who act as our processors:
- HubSpot — provides the form, customer-relationship management, and email tooling we use to receive and act on your enquiry.
- Cloudflare — provides hosting, content delivery, and cookieless web analytics for the Site.
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with any party for that party’s independent marketing purposes.
6. International transfers
Our processors operate infrastructure in the United States and the European Union, which may involve transfers of personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where such transfers occur, they are protected by appropriate transfer safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an applicable adequacy decision.
7. Retention
We retain personal data submitted via the register-of-interest form for 24 months from the date of last contact with you, or until you withdraw your consent — whichever is sooner. We may retain a longer record of your contact details where required to comply with a legal obligation. Aggregate analytics data is retained in line with Cloudflare’s standard retention.
8. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — to ask us to delete personal data where there is no good reason for us to continue processing it.
- Right to data portability — to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to object — to object to our processing where we rely on legitimate interest.
- Right to restriction — to ask us to suspend processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
To exercise any of these rights, please email contact@opsght.com. We will respond within one calendar month.
9. Right to complain to the ICO
If you have concerns about how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). The ICO can be contacted at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would, however, appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns first — please contact us before approaching the ICO.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be at this URL, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
